A studio starts at our 3-hour minimum with 2 movers — $297 in labor. A 1-bedroom typically runs $297–$396, and a 3-bedroom house $745–$1,043 with a 3-mover crew. No. Boxes, tape, bubble wrap and paper are charged only in the quantities actually used and itemized on your invoice — see our packing materials page for the price list. Packing labor is billed at your regular crew rate with no second packing charge, and blankets, dollies, hand trucks and straps are always free.

No fuel surcharge and no separate truck fee, ever. The first 20 miles are included; past that, mileage is $2.00 per mile measured from your first pickup through the final delivery, including stops you ask for. Miles we drive before arriving or after finishing are not charged to you.

There is no stair fee, elevator fee or long-carry fee on our invoices. Those conditions can add time to the job, and that time bills at your regular hourly rate — which is why we ask about your building on the quote call.

Weekdays (Tuesday–Thursday) and mid-month dates tend to be less busy than weekends or the end of the month, when demand peaks across the industry. We charge the same rate every day — an off-peak date mainly buys you more scheduling flexibility.

Ask for their FDACS registration number and look it up yourself on the FDACS website before booking. A legitimate mover will provide it without hesitation.

There’s no hard rule — a common guideline is 15–20% of the total moving cost, or $20–$40 per mover for a half-day move, split among the crew. Tipping is optional and appreciated, never required.
